Classes
We learn dances that are gentle and easy to pick up, starting with those most commonly found at bals, so that you can be autonomous and confident during events.
Each session ends with a “mini-bal”: we play recorded music, choosing dances people have already gone through, sometimes quickly recalling the steps.

A Step for A Change
These sessions invite us to reconnect with the tangible reality of our own bodies and the presence of others. We rediscover the pleasure of touch, relearn how to relate to emotions, and explore partner connection as a dialogue carried through the body rather than the intellect.
You will discover your own inner resources to embrace difference, be aware of feelings and respect consent. With your partners, you will find ways of moving together that avoid the usual dynamics of power—whether gendered, conflictual or shaped by submission.
Each session is tailored to the group, offering moments where everyone, in their own way, is challenged to move beyond shyness, fears, or physical limitations. We don’t only aim to learn steps but to facilitate profound inner and social transformation.

Bals
They are community events where everyone is welcome to contribute to a joyful atmosphere: you may help preparing by the hall, decorating, bringing friends, or sharing soft drinks and food.
They are a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and to build bridges between generations.
